Shipping and Returns

Most items listed on our website are currently in stock in our retail stores or warehouse and will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.  If an item is not in stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery and we will notify you via email.

Small items offer a shipping calculator for delivery costs to allow easy and secure payment process. 

For larger items (chairs, tables, armoires, etc) we offer C.O.D. (cash on delivery) for shipping.  When purchasing a large item, please call us at 818-847-0155 to receive a quote for shipping costs to be paid upon delivery.  Pom Pom Interiors will not ship a large purchased product unless contacted and given permission and understanding of delivery.

Pom Pom Interiors takes great pride in the select merchandise we choose to sell and have a no return policy on all items.  Exceptions apply only on damaged goods, which are dealt with a case by case basis.  If an exchange is required, product must be in original condition with no signs of wear and tear or usage (linens unwashed or used).  Closeout items are non-returnable and non-refundable.  We do offer a 24 hour memo for in store customers.

Freight damage

We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our hands. Although, we understand that accidents and mistakes are possible.  Please contact us within 14 days of your delivery at info@pompominteriors.com if you receive your package with any visible damage.  We will take the necessary steps to insure a quick replacement or refund of the product.

 

International customers

Shipping charges for outside the US are not calculated automatically online at this time. If you wish to get a shipping estimate before ordering, email with the items you're interested in. You can also arrange for your own shipping with pick up at our store.
